If you’ve landed here, you’re probably either planning a wedding, deep in a Pinterest spiral, or you’ve followed my work for a while and noticed something has shifted. And you’d be right.
This is the start of something new. Not a complete reinvention, but an evolution into something that feels more honest, more intentional, and more like me.
Welcome to Liz Evelyn Photography.
Before this new chapter, there was Lizzy Morris Photography.
That name carried me through years of weddings, thousands of images, and the kind of real, human moments that made me fall in love with this job in the first place. It was where I learned how to read a room, how to stay calm when timelines slipped, and how to capture a wedding day in a way that actually felt like the people in it.
Not posed. Not forced. Just real.
But over time, something started to shift.

The weddings I loved the most all had something in common.
They were a little less traditional. A little more personal. Full of people who cared more about how the day felt than how it looked on paper.
Outdoor ceremonies. Festival vibes. Big laughter. Quiet in-between moments. Couples who were a bit nerdy, a bit wild, completely themselves.
And I realised that wasn’t just a coincidence.
That was where I belonged.

Alternative doesn’t mean dark or moody. It doesn’t mean you have to throw out tradition completely.
It means your wedding reflects you.
Maybe that looks like:
Or maybe it is something quieter than that.
Either way, it is about choosing what matters to you and letting go of what doesn’t.
That is where I do my best work.
This rebrand is not about starting again.
It is about stepping into a version of my work that feels more elevated, more intentional, and more aligned with the couples I love working with.
The name Liz Evelyn Photography feels softer, but stronger at the same time. It holds space for storytelling, for connection, and for a style that is both relaxed and refined.
Still documentary. Still natural. Just… deeper.
